Ordering stock for national Warehouse shops, Nespresso shop in the South and filling up daily, weekly
Stock gathering upon Sales requests
Supporting National
Sales Manager for forecast planning and keep updating monthly
Attending the monthly and yearly meeting with Demand team
Aligning with Retail/ MT/ AGM team for stock transferring, internal sales and borrowing.
Keep following up the Sales special deal to secure stock and align with Demand Planning to adjust PO if possible.
Feedback about the MKT program to Sales Manager (stock side), alarm Demand Planning for any cases of decreasing stock unexpectedly because of Sales or MKT program.
Purchasing order processing for local products.
Managing stock request of branches and stock secure in Cat Lai.
Report to Sales Manager (expat) and Operation Manager (Vietnamese).
Yêu cầu
Bachelor Degree with a major in Logistics, Business Administration, Import-Export, International Business, etc.
Having some experience of internship in logistics, purchasing admin, in the F&B industry, FMCG or food retailer.
Good communication in Vietnamese & English languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
Good analytical mind and organizational skills.
