Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the transportation and distribution of our products. This role requires experience in international logistics, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with U.S. logistics regulations and best practices. Candidates with experience in furniture logistics will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Carrier Management: Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts and optimize shipping costs.
- US Market Expertise: Ensure compliance with U.S. shipping regulations, customs requirements, and import/export documentation.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Coordinate with warehouses to track stock levels, manage inventory flow, and minimize delays.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing and ensure timely deliveries to customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Problem Resolution: Address any shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess logistics workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate shipping records and generate reports for internal analysis and decision-making.
