Reporting to: General Manager
Key responsibilities and duties
- Keeps track of quality, quantity, stock, delivery schedule and transport costs to maximize its operation efficiency
- Working with 3PL for customs clearance and shipment received to ensure all import products arrived in the warehouse timely.
- Regularly updating information about import shipments in the system for cost calculation
- Working with 3PL for warehouse operation management and ensuring all products complied with the current regulations before delivery to the market.
- Works with customs or logistics services and related departments about issues related to orders and customs clearance
- Arrange warehouse, and product catalogs, plan routes and process shipments to warehouses
- Analyzes and evaluates expenditures of monthly/quarterly export and import product orders
- Monthly prepares reports and reports to headquarters
- Other tasks/projects assigned by Line Manage
Yêu cầu
Required working experience
- At least 3-5-year experiences in Logistics.
Required qualifications
- At least university graduation in business administration/ import and export/ logistics/supply chain.
Required languages
- English proficiency
