1. Shipment Planning & Coordination
• Plan and schedule outbound shipments in line with customer delivery requirements and production plans.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with freight forwarders, carriers, and transport vendors.
• Optimize shipment modes, routes, and costs while ensuring timely delivery.
• Track and monitor shipment progress, proactively resolving delays or issues.
2. Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COO, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.
• Liaise with customs brokers, port authorities, and relevant agencies when needed.
3. Vendor & Carrier Management
• Source and negotiate with transport and logistics service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and service reliability.
• Evaluate and monitor vendor performance (timeliness, cost, service quality).
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
4. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure goods readiness for shipment.
• Verify packing, labeling, and loading requirements are met.
• Support inventory control through accurate shipment recording and reconciliation.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain accurate shipment data and logistics KPIs (delivery performance, cost tracking, lead times).
• Prepare regular shipment status reports for management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and cost control.
Yêu cầu
• Female - Under 35-year-old
• At least 2 years of working experience in required position
• Good written and spoken English
• Good computer skills and knowledge in MS Office
• Keen attention to details, with an ability to spot errors
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, hard-working, high sense of responsibility
• Experience or familiarity in logistics , import & export business.
