The Logistics Planning Part Leader is responsible for leading strategic logistics planning activities and managing key customer accounts to ensure operational excellence, cost competitiveness, and long-term partnership development.
This role acts as the primary interface between customers, logistics operations, and internal cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end supply chain optimization, business growth, and service performance management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management
Lead communication and relationship management with main customer
Understand customer logistics requirements and develop customized operational solutions.
Manage customer expectations, service quality, and issue resolution.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings with customers.
Support contract negotiation, pricing discussion, and service scope alignment.
2. Logistics Planning & Operations Management
Develop and optimize logistics operation plans covering transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Analyze logistics flow, capacity, productivity, and cost structure to improve operational efficiency.
Lead logistics process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and system teams to ensure stable operations.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly logistics KPIs and drive corrective actions.
3. Strategic Planning &
Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and support RFQ/RFP projects from customer
Lead logistics feasibility studies, cost simulations, and operational modeling.
Establish mid/long-term logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
Support network expansion, new customer onboarding, and new operation setu
4. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, IT, and operation teams.
Act as escalation point for major operational issues and customer concerns.
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal operational capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations or key account management.
