Job Requirements
1. Work Experience
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, or other relevant fields.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics sales especially in express ecommerce/international cross-border, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
Experience in building business or team from scratch (0 to 1) is highly preferred.
2. Business Competencies
Strong understanding of the end-to-end cross-border e-commerce logistic business model and operational processes.
Strong data analysis and business management capabilities, with the ability to identify problems through data and develop effective solutions.
Strong market awareness and judgment regarding the Vietnamese market, consumer needs, and industry trends.
3. Management Competencies
Strong capabilities in team building, talent development, target setting, and performance management.
Excellent cross-functional communication, resource integration, and project execution skills.
Results-oriented, with the ability to work under significant performance pressure and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
4. Other Requirements
Good English communication, reading, and writing skills; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Candidates with experience in target markets such as North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia are preferred.
