Import and export (70%).
Managing international logistics, customs compliance, and import and export documentation to ensure the timely, compliant movement of goods, coordinate with forwarders, handle customs declarations, 3'PL and optimize supply chain processes. Key duties include resolving shipment issues, managing tariffs, and reporting to management. All activities of import and export that require for all plants in Viet Nam
Logistics Coordination: Oversee end-to-end import/export operations, including transport, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
Compliance & Customs: Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations, customs procedures, tariffs, and duty payments.
Documentation Management: Review and process, or supervise the preparation of, shipping documents, LC/TT payments, and customs declarations.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the performance of import/export staff.
Problem-Solving: Resolve shipment delays, customs disputes, and cargo discrepancies.
Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly reports regarding shipping efficiency, costs, and compliance metrics.
Deal with 3 PL, 4 PL for contract, freight.
Deal with local authorities that related import ans export
Make report Customs Settlement Report / Customs Yearly Report,...
Warehouse and distribution (30%)
Warehouse & Transportation Operations Management: Oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and coordinate the vehicle fleet to ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory & Documentation Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure data accuracy, and manage paperwork and documentation for goods.
Cost & Process Optimization: Analyze transportation reports, negotiate with transportation providers to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with occupational safety regulations and legal requirements.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in import and export, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
Experience: at least 10 years of experience in import/export operations
Preference given to candidates with experience in the food industry
Experience in machinery import procedure (creation of fixed assets...)
Experience in Import procedures for investment projects.
Proficient in import and export laws
Knowledge: Strong understanding of customs regulations, HS codes, and incoterms.
Skills: Proficiency in English, computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel), and strong communication skills.
