Mô tả công việc
To ensure the safety and security of the assets of the Hotel, Guests and Associates. This includes the duties of CCTV, Front Gate, Associate Entrance, Lobby, Patrol and Relief, Vehicle Parking Check- Point and Basement Check Point.
To ensure that the Hotel is a safe environment to work in and that our Associates are following safe measures of working.
The Loss Prevention Officer will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
Yêu cầu
Experience in similar position is a plus
Able to work rotating shifts (including night shift)
Able to react quickly to an emergency situation
Able to perform high level of courtesy towards associates and visitors
Must be firm and strong in applying the hotel's Standards & Procedures
