I. GENERAL:
▪ A supervisor role
▪ Report to MX Local Manager
▪ Subordinate: M+S Test Equipment Engineers and Senior Engineers
▪ Open to local Vietnamese candidates
II. JOB PURPOSES:
▪ Lead the Test Maintenance Team to perform lean & efficient Test system and Test Adapter Maintenance and Calibration to ensure excellent Availability Levels of Systems and Adapters for released, existing Manufacturing Test Equipment.
▪ Drive the team in achieving the set departmental targets and in-line with company's strategy.
▪ Participate in MX Roadmap and Strategic projects.
▪ Clearly communicate to the team on strategies and directions cascaded down from Technology and Operations Management Division
III. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
▪ Lead the Test Maintenance team of engineers in providing leadership and guidance to address questions and issues in regards to technical service matters.
▪ Resource planning and management for the Test Maintenance Team incl. sourcing and organizing service contracts and machine calibration with external vendor where required or useful
▪ Analyze Quality of Service, resource needs, and operational demand to plan support of planned and un-planned maintenance activities incl. troubleshooting
▪ Follow-up and update over the day-to-day activities in meeting the goals, objectives and deliverables as committed.
▪ Assist in MX Roadmap Planning
▪ Establish and maintain guidelines, procedures and standards for Test Maintenance Services aligned with SEA counterparts
▪ Review and approve documents created by the Test Maintenance team
▪ Assign, direct, and evaluate employee's work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
▪ Use resources, propose expenditures for the purchase of materials or services at a positive cost-benefit ratio
▪ Support TPU Leader during yearly Budget planning phase by proposing Budget for Test system and Test Adapter Maintenance and Replacement
▪ Drive and execute with Superior aligned and agreed other tasks (e.g. projects)
▪ Lead the team to provide Test related Troubleshooting and Maintenance Services to TPU at agreed cost, quality and lead time (Reference to SLA)
Yêu cầu
• From Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics or Industrial Engineering or related fields;
• Business fluent or native-language English and Vietnamese (written and spoken);
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environment;
• At least 3 years of experience in people management (leadership role, focus on test engineering);
• Hands-on experience in Applied resource management, and active application of Analytical Problem Solving and being able to develop, coach and guide a team of Engineers;
• Practical knowledge of Project management, Strategic Budget planning and creation;
• Good at Microsoft Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Access);
• Actively and regular utilize Statistical data analysis tools;
• Able to use and work with ERP system and understands manufacturing order management;
