Mô tả công việc
Control all activities related to scope of work from Maintenance Department such as: IFS system (The software for Maintenance Management system), Spare part inventory and 5S. More details as below:
- Manage the IFS system (The software for Maintenance Management system) and keep the system always updated and accurate;
- Manage spare parts for an optimal quantity level based on criticality, cost and quality;
- Do analyzes of KPIs from IFS auto report and look for improvement areas;
- Plan work orders and fault reports on IFS system to meet customer demand in accordance with equipment criticality;
- Purchase parts and services related to maintenance in cooperation with Purchasing;
- Control received parts for quality and quantity;
- Control all 5S activities related to Maintenance Department.
Yêu cầu
*** This position will be based in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone permanently as job requirements.
- University/ College graduate with technical background;
- At least 02 years of experience working at manufacturing industry;
- Having knowledge/ skills in spare part management, CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system), HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Hardworking and positive attitude;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Basic English and good communication skills.
