• Immersive Cost & Contract exposure: Gain end-to-end exposure across cost planning, tendering, and contract administration on high-rise, low-rise projects, while contributing well beyond day-to-day delivery. A key focus of the role is supporting the development and enhancement of CapitaLand's corporate Cost & Contract guidelines, standards, SOPs, and best practices that are applied across projects and cities. As a core part of your journey, you will also help drive our AI and Innovation agenda - supporting initiatives such as AI-assisted contract review, digital cost analytics, and automation tools that modernise quantity surveying and contract administration. Throughout, you will collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors across the full project lifecycle.
