Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The BPS Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering comprehensive accounting, tax, and payroll services to a portfolio of clients. This role includes managing client engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. The manager will lead a team of professionals and collaborate closely with clients to support their financial and operational objectives.
• Client Management: Act as the primary contact, understanding client needs and delivering tailored accounting, tax, and payroll solutions.
• Accounting Services: Oversee financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Payroll Services: Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the accounting, tax, and payroll team to enhance performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Process Improvement: Enhance service efficiency and implement best practices in accounting, tax, and payroll.

Business Development: Support client proposals, presentations, and relationship building.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications/Skills
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Chief Accountant Certificate, CPA/APC VN or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, tax, and payroll management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in an outsourced services environment preferred.
• Skills:
Strong knowledge of VAS, US GAAP/ IFRS, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting and payroll software.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
