As a UMC, you will be guided through our innovative and intensive hands-on masterclass to fast-track your career to global retail leadership including:
1. You will start to learn the basic of store operations work & standards through On-the-job & Off-the-job training to be able to:
Master and can perform the basic store works, same as a store staff level, to ensure UNIQLO shop-floor standards and processes meet the highest customer satisfaction, which includes cleaning, replenishment, fitting room, cashier, sales floor maintenance.
Understand product features, serve customers, manage SKUs and create attractive product arrangement & layout at store.
Making the division's weekly sales & inventory plan and results, analyze the causes of any discrepancies, and revise the plan correctly.
Make a daily & weekly working schedule for staff.
Find the issues in the P&L, consider the counter measure and execute it.
On-job-training for store members about planning & daily store tasks.
