*** Position Overview:
VinES belongs to Vingroup JSC, the largest non-state-owned enterprise has an immediate opening position for R&D supporting Manager. VinES is looking for a highly motivated and seasoned manager to provide operational and strategic business planning, direction and execution for battery R&D and business.
*** Responsibilities:
■ Creating and executing a strategic planning process to ensure timely strategic and operational inputs into the business plan and roadmap.
■ Establishing R&D strategies for new material development, product development, process development, and EV applications.
■ Analyzing and executing countermeasures on various business issues and competitive environment.
■ Creating and implementing best practice engineering vision, strategy, policies, process and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
■ Identifying and prioritizing strategic studies to feed future planning rounds, coordinating the cross functional program.
■ Preparing reports and presentation materials to support strategy workshops and board reviews, working collaboratively with the finance and other functional project management teams.
■ Running scenario and sensitivity analysis on the business plan.
■ Supporting the Company's mission, vision, values, and goals in the performance of daily activities.
■ Collaborating with strategic project management team and internal and external stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
■ PhD (Master degree with significant and professional experience) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Battery related majors.
■ Minimum 10 years' professional experience in battery industry with background in applied and theoretical electrochemistry, batteries, or related field.
■ Should have forward thinking and the ability to foster innovation with creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.
■ Should have excellent communication, stakeholder managing, interpersonal and influencing skills.
■ Should demonstrate experience of strategic business planning processes in either battery industry and management consultancy.
■ Ability to constructively challenge the battery business and its R&D planning using market data and battery knowledge.
