The Role
The Manager - Talent, Learning and Organisation Development will lead the way in strategically partnering with key business stakeholders both in Vietnam and Australia, to drive solutions in terms of organisational development, talent management and learning which offers effective development for our people and ensures long term business continuity, whilst aligning with key people objectives in the University 5-year strategic plan.
As a leader and subject manager expert in this field of HR this role will lead the design, development, and implementation of talent processes and programs such as leadership development programs, performance management, employee engagement and feedback processes, change management initiatives and competency development. This position is responsible for the talent management and succession planning processes
Your Responsibilities
Strategically partner with the key senior business stakeholders across RMIT Vietnam, to identify organisational development/learning needs and devise and drive solutions which deliver successful outcomes and align with the objectives of the University 5-year strategic plan.
Work with key stakeholders across the organisation both in Vietnam and Australia to develop and conduct a professional development needs analysis and plan, including the development of comprehensive annual learning and development schedules and training calendar.
Based on results from professional development needs analysis, design and develop a structured approach to learning and development across RMIT Vietnam.
Develop a structured approach to RMIT Vietnam talent management and succession planning that aligns with L&D opportunities and offers effective development for our people ensuring long term business continuity.
Ensure RMIT Vietnam offers a world class, high quality and relevant onboarding and induction program
Be the subject matter expert in change management and organization design.
Monitor, review and evaluate training outcomes and through interpretation and analysis make recommendations to improve and refine as appropriate.
Develop and support the implementation of employee engagement activities specifically addressing areas highlighted in the staff engagement survey.
Establish effective networks and partnerships with a range of external L&D providers (local and international) to ensure world class quality learning and development opportunities are provided to RMIT VN staff.
Change agent in influencing, supporting and promoting cultural transformation within the organisation.
Develop, lead and empower the team of experts within this function.
