JOB SUMMARY:
• Management and Governance: Provide oversight and strategic direction for the company, ensuring compliance with governance standards and effective communication with the Group Board Members of AMANN Group.
• Site Management and Operations Strategy: Develop and deploy comprehensive operational strategies to enhance site management efficiency, focusing on optimizing processes and resource allocation.
• Profitability Assurance: Guarantee sustainable profitability by identifying growth opportunities, managing costs, and implementing best practices that drive financial performance.
• Leadership Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the site management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Encourage professional growth and skill development to enhance team capabilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Company management and governance in compliance with local legislation, reporting related activities and results to the Group Board Members
- Regular management reporting, including Statutory Financial Statement within the legal and internal deadlines
- Ensure the maintenance of official records, by-laws and standing rules according to Board standards
- Attend Board meetings, ensure information is shared between governance bodies and staff.
- Report to Board contending workplace operations, finances, planning and other related matters
- Guarantee local company governance in compliance with local legislation and Group policies
• Environment, health and safety including full legal liability
- Provide the company adequate organization and internal rules to guarantee and respect all safety standards;
- Ensure that risk assessment and improvement plans are in place and regularly updated
- Ensure the full respect of environmental rules and regulations
- Organize and chair "Safety" meetings
• Industrial relationship, representing the company in meetings and negotiations with Unions
- Chair meetings with Union organizations where applicable
- Define, negotiate and approve internal agreements within the Work Council activities
- Represent the company in external meetings or legal proceedings supported by external lawyers if necessary
• Represent the company in establishing contacts with local government, authorities, customers, or any other stakeholder also for legal and tax issues supported by external expertise where required
• Operation strategy and profitability:
- Set annual budget for the entire operation / site cost structure and ensure budget achievement
- Execute annual cost out plan and target achievement
- Set and drive yearly improvement targets to improve operational KPIs
• Overall Operation activities such as:
- Short- and long-term investments plan in line with AMANN Strategy, including implementation within the approved limits
- Monitor and provide adequate resources to guarantee KPIs are met
- Provide and prepare all necessary data for the monthly Group Reporting
- Organize and chair regularly operation meetings to monitor production performances and provide resources to fix issues
- Short-term planning, local
purchasing and logistics, including stock monitoring
- Line maintenance to ensure full and improving production efficiency
- Implement efficiency improvement programs in close cooperation with Group IE to improve main production areas
- Claim reduction and management
- Maintain and continuously improve quality level of products in coordination with Group R&D department
- Reach production output in line with Group production planning and coordinate with Group CSC department
• Management and personnel development:
- Develop annual plan for staffing according to Group ́s production planning in cooperation with Group's IE department. Ensure flexibility in staffing during the business year
- Ensure proper personnel training and development
- Join definition and specification of staff personal objectives including regular review meetings and performance appraisals
- Hire, supervise, evaluate and - if necessary - dismiss staff members and workers as specified in the Local Standing Rules and in line with Group policies
- Steer staff remuneration and workers wage rates on a yearly basis with approval from the Board
- Promote effective communication on all levels of the organization
• Sales Management
- Plan, coordinate and implementation stated company objectives within the particular market regions in close cooperation with Regional
Sales Director- Setup and control the annual plan for the respective market regions regarding planning of turnover, revenues, personnel, sales projects, investments and costs
- Responsible achieving the sales objectives
- Further development of markets and sales conversations with customers. Planning and organization of sales conferences in the region
- Ensure close and long-term customer relationships
- Push new customer development
- Setup and extend the sales network
