Maintain safety and 5S and ESD standards at Workplace
Follow Control requirements documented in the EIMS SPEC to withdraw, analyze, and return, check-in samples after use. Complete FAE - Failure Analysis Engineer job training plan (JTP) prior to performing the analysis task.
Comply with operating procedures while handling Failure Analysis equipment.
Handle Failure Analysis request completely (from background investigation with the customer, clear FA objective to perform analysis on sample to compiling FA report in English with findings proven by support data)
Hit efficiency TPT of request
Join related meetings to update FA results in English and follow up on action required (if any) from the meeting.
Stop and escalate any issue, findings, observation related to process, equipment, work environment to get support addressing the issue.
Join related sharing and learning forums to get updated as well as daily huddle review to assign FA requests.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering, Material, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, and related fields.
Analysis skills, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, hardworking, careful, and patient.
Proficient in MS Office
Good at English communication skill and writing skills.
Experienced in the Failure Analysis field is a plus.
