- Evaluate all advertising proposals and provide value-added recommendations on medium/publications for advertising.
- Manage critical paths and timelines to ensure timely submission of all advertisements, new marketing & promotional materials (excluding regular brochures and factsheets)

* Social Media Marketing
- Manages local external social media channels - Twitter, Weibo, Instagram, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.
- Monitor and participate in online conversations via posts to build brand visibility.
- Communicating in a professional and unique voice to improve Hotel's online presence and brand recognition.
- Develop simple creative for social media campaigns when needed.
- Understand social media landscape and trends.
* Other Responsibilities
- Manage online media library
- Develop system of naming conventions, re-sizing of images, and using the proper images within the system.
- Update of monthly website.
- To undertake any other projects/task as and when assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing or General Manager.
- Assist in preparation of presentations as needed.
- Prepare and provide communication updates, and participate / support marketing committee.
- Support Sales team on side-inspection
- University Degree is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Experienced managing digital ad on display (GDN, Ad network), Video (Youtube, Mobile Ad Network), Social (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and other popular social chat apps), Search (SEM/ SEO)
- Good knowledge of managing digital content creation/ production
- Experienced in web content development, performance management
- Excellent collaboration skill as a team player, people oriented
- Can handle high pressure situation.
- Fast speed, creative, self-motivated, open minded.
- Excellent presentation & communication skill.
- Good English in both writing and communication.
