Research target customer segments and define potential customer profiles.
Analyze competitors to identify USP and differentiation opportunities.
Analyze pricing models, feature sets, and positioning strategies.
Define and execute Go-to-Market strategy for the SaaS platform (sort of growth, market, pricing, subscription packaging strategy).
Collect and structure feedback from early users.
Identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with CEO,
Product Owner to align product roadmap with validated market needs.
Support go-to-market initiatives for acquiring early B2B customers.
Analyze acquisition funnel and onboarding performance.
Identify improvement opportunities in activation and retention.
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
1-3 years experience in Product, Growth, Business Analysis, or
Business Development roles in IT/software industry, preferably in SaaS or B2B platforms.
Basic understanding of SaaS subscription models and common metrics (MRR, churn rate, LTV, CAC).
Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue growth targets, and managing key customer accounts.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
Ability to conduct structured market research and competitor analysis.
Ability to balance business urgency with long-term product scalability.
Fluent English (both written and spoken) and strong business communication skills.
Data-driven decision making.
High ownership and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation
Base Salary: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month + sales commission
13th month salary and Tet bonus.
Salary review twice per year based on performance.
2-month probation (85% salary + lunch allowance).
