Mô tả công việc

• Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals;
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions;
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional media;
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts;
• Brand Management: Support efforts to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the telecom industry;
• Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content including articles, blogs, and promotional materials to effectively communicate our value proposition;
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement;
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Quyền lợi

Monthly income includes: base salary (negotiable based on skills and experience) and performance-based salary (sales commission), negotiable based on performance and experience.
Competency-based annual compensation package (Annual 13th-month salary; performance bonus, annual KPIs bonus,...) equivalent to 15 - 17 months of salary.
