The position is responsible for the implementation of integrated marketing communications for Sensilis, Topicrem, Corine de Farme, MKL, Tippys and other upcoming brands. Execute day-to-day marketing programs and activities to support the marketing team in achieving the organization's short and long-term business objectives.
This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, PR activities, retail activations and brand visibility across all channels.
PRODUCT MARKETING OPERATION AND ALIGNMENT
Coordinate with Marketing Supervisor/Manager on Stock Preparation (Saleable, PR,
Tester, Samples, GWP, Collaterals) for Campaign Planning and Implementation.
Coordinate with Sales Department to forecast VM Collaterals, Displayers, Collaterals based on VM Guidelines and MKT Calendar and given Budget planning.
Closely monitor and analyze competitors' product line-up, pricing as well as market trend.
Ensure brand/product information public via social contents, KV and videos are aligned with brand guidelines before publishing.
Coordinate with design team for marketing materials and POSM development.
Support product orientation and basic product training for internal staff, sales team and retailers.
RETAIL MARKETING & ACTIVATION
Align with Sales Department on Omni-channel commercial management & unity implementation across channels.
Support Team on VM, trade promotion, and in-store event/activation development and implementation.
Work closely with Sales team to ensure consistent brand visibility at stores and retail channels.
Ensure all brand and product presence and information appear on all channels (online and offline) correctly and consistently according to brand guidelines.
Support handling customer feedback and product-related concerns in coordination with related departments.
Marketing Administrative Payment Process.
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Marketing Report.
PR/INFLUENCER SUPPORT
Support to develop Influencer/PR Plan and content strategy with ideas, topics for editorial write-ups, press discussions, key monthly highlights.
Support monthly influencer campaign by proposing paid and non-paid talents with suitable products and owned media content co-creation with influencers.
Track on influencer performance, by identifying success metrics for each influencer campaign and ensuring best accuracy.

Education: College or Bachelor's degree, Pharmaceutical or Marketing major is a plus.
Experience: Fresh graduate or 1-2 years' experience working in Retail, Beauty and Cosmetics industry is a plus.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of skincare products, Retail Sales, PR & Marketing, E-commerce is a plus
