Mô tả công việc
1. Digital Marketing:
- Manage website and mobile app display: movie information, promotion, arrange banner and timeline via LMS.
- Manage SNS: fanpage Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo with schedule for post, push notification, features banner, video ... increase reach and follow.
- Manage press list, keep relations and update newest contactor; prepare article for selected channel.
- Manage cinema fanpage list and guideline to adapt company's rules; create new site fanapage and promotion in opening time.
- Others under managers' request.
2. Customer Service & Online Payment:
- Online payment with online booking report; cooperate with payment gat: OnePay, Momo, Zalo to run promotion and resolve problems promptly.
- Manage CS system: web/app feedback on LMS, email CS, inbox fanpage.
- Prepare license documents for promotion with trade department; update laws and regulations related to trade.
- Support to design for promotion/movie event (sneakshow, same price ...).
- Others under managers' request.
Yêu cầu
* Good at English.
* University graduates in majors: Marketing, Economics, Hospitality.
* Advance in Office & Graphic Photoshop and basic AI skill.
* Creative in concept and copywitter.
* Customer service skills are preferred.
