1. Advertising:
- Plan, follow and update Brand's promotional activities
- Update promotion expenses
- Be responsible for choosing and booking Brand's suitable promotion layout
- Register advertising licenses
2. Public Relations (PR):
- Build a good relationship with prestigious magazines and newspapers in order to:
+ Negotiate the best price on product advertisements
+ Ensure Clippings & News of Brand are supported every month
- Update media partner list
3. Digital Management:
- Plan and follow Digital Marketing activities including EDM, SMS and Facebook.
- Maintain product branding on Facebook to stay connected with customers.
- Follow and reporting the consequences of marketing campaigns
4. Customer Relation Management (CRM):
- Manage customer care programs such as customer birthday program.
- Conduct customer care programs to all stores of the company
- Follow customers' responses and report results to Brand Manager
5. Promotions:
- Plan and implement monthly promotions.
- Make a budget plan
- Implement SMS + EMAIL (*POP)
- Follow and make a report about promotions to Brand Manager
- Collect Competitors' promotion information and other activities.
6. Brands & Special Events:
- Plan and implement Brands & Special Events
- Make budget plan and control process
- Coordinate with other departments and take responsibility in preparing documents.
- Follow and supervise the process of Brands and Events.
