Mô tả công việc
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Trade Marketing
• Develop and execute in-store promotional strategies to increase product visibility and
sales.
• Collaborate with sales teams to implement trade marketing initiatives and support retailer
partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for trade
promotions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and adjust
strategies as needed.
2. Consumer Marketing
• Create and manage marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and
driving consumer engagement.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and purchasing
behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., advertising, digital marketing, public
relations) to deliver effective marketing communications.
• Measure and report on the performance of consumer marketing campaigns, providing
insights for continuous improvement.
3. Brand Management
• Assist in the development of brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target
audiences.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Support product launches and rebranding initiatives through integrated marketing efforts.
4. Budget Management
• Assist in the preparation and management of the marketing budget.
• Track marketing expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within budget.

REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Good understanding of both trade and consumer marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
