Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube targeting US property buyers, sellers, investors, and renters.
Research and understand US real estate trends, audience behavior, and competitor advertising strategies.
Identify which ads, formats, and platforms are delivering the best results and continuously optimize based on data.
Build and manage lead generation funnels and retargeting campaigns tailored to the US buyer journey.
Stay current with US real estate market cycles, seasonal trends, and platform algorithm changes.
Brief
designers and
content creators to produce compelling ad creatives and property content for a US audience.
Maintain a marketing calendar aligned with project launches, US holidays, and market trends.
Track and report on key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) with clear analysis and recommendations.
Test new ad strategies, audiences, and creatives through structured A/B testing.
Yêu cầu
2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar).
Experience marketing to or understanding of the US market - real estate experience is a strong plus.
Strong command of English (written and spoken) - you'll be creating and reviewing English-language content daily.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Data-driven mindset - able to read campaign numbers and make fast, informed decision.
Ability to work independently and manage your own time during night-shift hours.
Awareness of US real estate trends, buyer expectations, and property marketing norms.
Experience working with US-based companies or clients.
Familiarity with US real estate platforms (Zillow, [protected info], MLS listings).
Video content or short-form content creation experience for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Understanding of US regional markets (California, Texas, Florida, etc.)
Are comfortable and productive working night hours.
Follow US real estate and marketing trends closely - you're always learning.
Can write and think in English confidently for a US audience.
Take ownership and bring ideas without waiting to be asked.
Are reliable, self-disciplined, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

This position follows US business hours to support direct collaboration with the US team.
Working hours: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Vietnam time)
Working days: Monday - Friday
Candidates should be comfortable attending real-time meetings and supporting campaign activities during US daytime hours.
