Digital Marketing:
- Build an overall performance marketing strategy and execute the monthly plan with internal and external teams on Facebook, Google, and Email Campaign,...
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize marketing efforts to generate leads for the sales department
- Build and manage website content with SEM & SEO standards (on-page and off-page), keyword ranking following KPI with Agency
- Conduct monthly, and quarterly reports on budgets and campaigns
- Manage and optimize CRM's system to mainstream all lead generation from all channels (Homepage, sub-page,...)
b) Communication Marketing
- Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies and brand campaigns
- Strategize to create social media content (written, photo, and video) for CirCO channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for new locations, events, and brand partnerships.
- Build and manage the relationships with partners, liaise with partners to increase brand recognition and enhance member experience.
- Manage and deploy outdoor and indoor advertising categories for brands, customers and partners.
c) Responsibilities
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI in line with company business goals
- Grow and manage the marketing team and coordinate with vendors for execution, holding them accountable for commercial deliverables and KPIs.
- Leverage existing partnerships, and develop local, and regional partnership opportunities, in collaboration with the Community team.
- Understand the sales pipeline, key drivers, and the role of marketing at each stage of the funnel; build and maintain relationships with the Sales team to drive collaborative execution
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Vietnamese business, media, technology, investor community, and startup landscape. South East Asia insight is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth company, especially with proven experience with in a scaling startup.
- Experienced in managing CRM systems is a plus.
- A team-building mindset and experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing marketing teams.
SALARY
- Income: Basic salary + Sales bonus.
- Basic salary range: 20 mil VND+

WORKING HOURS
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM.
