1. STRATEGIC & MARKETING PLAN DEVELOPMENT
- Develop the overall marketing strategy.
- Identify target markets.
- Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly marketing plans.
- Manage the marketing budget.
2. MARKET RESEARCH
- Analyze market trends.
- Research competitors (analyze companies in the same industry).
- Conduct customer demand surveys.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

DIGITAL MARKETING- Develop communication content, manage the company website & SEO.
- Run advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Email marketing.
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

TRADE MARKETING- Coordinate with the Sales Department to build promotional programs.
- Organize trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Manage POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials).
5. COMMUNICATION & BRANDING
- Build brand identity.
- Oversee and manage the company's brand image and product branding across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the Board of Directors' direction.
- Coordinate with other departments for internal communications.
6. CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage advertising, communication, and marketing content.
- Manage video and image content.
- Develop brand storytelling.
- Create marketing materials.
7. OTHER TASKS
- Perform tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Maintain and develop relationships with communication and marketing service providers to ensure plans are implemented on schedule and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, etc
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the fields of manufacturing, import, and export of industrial products
- Having experience in fillers, additives, or raw materials for the plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge of B2B industrial product business.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, content management, branding, market research, target customer and market identification.
- Good in English (Upper Intermediate Level) OR Chinese proficiency (HSK 4)
