Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines and local market insights.
Build annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaigns, and brand activation strategies.
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand image across all channels.
Campaign & Communication Management
Lead and oversee integrated marketing campaigns including
digital marketing, retail marketing, PR, events, and influencer collaborations.
Work closely with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-impact marketing activities.
Ensure marketing initiatives effectively support sales growth and brand awareness.
Market & Consumer Insights
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with sales, retail, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with international brand partners to align marketing activities with global strategies.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Track KPIs including brand awareness, traffic, sales growth, and campaign ROI.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management, preferably in FMCG, retail, fashion/mother & baby industry or international brands.
Strong expertise in brand building and integrated marketing strategy.
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Creative mindset with strong marketing storytelling ability.
Data-driven decision making and analytical thinking.
Proven team leadership and people management skills.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
