PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Management - Offline channel
In charge of all brands, collaterals and offline brand communication campaigns for TMGH (Victoria hotels, EMM, L'Azalee, L'Emeraude, Victoria Cruises). Besides guaranteeing daily support to all hotels and sales department, the Marketing team's key focuses in the year of 2019 are:
• Providing marketing support to all the hotels;
• Preparing marketing plan / executing planned strategies;
• Producing newsletters (external & internal);
• Managing marketing team;
• Coordinating with Functional team.
MAJOR TASKS
• Provide brand communication collaterals for TMGH brands (Victoria Hotels, EMM Hotels, L'Azalee and Victoria Cruises, Mai Chau Lodge , "L'Emeraude) .
• Preparation of annual Marketing Plan and executions of planned strategies.
• Monitor marketing expenses under budget & ensure that budget is adhered. All marketing expenses to be filled and recorded accordingly.
• Find new marketing initiatives, promotional and partnership opportunities.
• Set standards of brand identity through marketing tools and collaterals in all hotels and assets.
• Provide reports on head office marketing activities on monthly basis.
• Provide marketing support for all hotels when required.
• Coordinate with communication team to ensure coverage in both local and international media, arrange press trips.
• Production of e-Newsletter once every 3 months. Assist with ad-hoc mass emailing for additional promotional activities.
• Responsible for photo database and central database for mass emailing (with assistance from marketing exec).
• Provide strategy and monitor social channels for the whole group.
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Sustain rapport with the internal clients by exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Working hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm, from Monday to Friday.
• Travelling within the country/region if required.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of similar experiences, exp in leading a marketing organization with a proven track record of business results.
• Experience in hotel industry is a must.
• Understand financial planning and strategy.
• Able to develop marketing concepts.
• Understand Positioning .
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to conduct competitive analysis.
• Managing customers relationship.
• Able to manage a creative team.
• Good team worker.
• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking and listening in both English & Vietnamese.
