Mô tả công việc
• The incumbent will support the business development process of the Industrial Real Estate division, beginning with marketing, financial and asset feasibility analyses, preparation of presentation materials and submission of concept designs and proposals to the client.
• Plan and source projects through various channels such as government agencies, networking, contacts and consultants
• To formulate strategy to secure projects in niche growth sectors (Data Centre/ Healthcare/ Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical/ Business Parks/ Commercial)
Yêu cầu
• Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Building Estate Management or other Building related disciplines. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical engineering will be a plus.
• Business Development experience in the Industrial Real Estate business will be a plus (not compulsory)
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the construction industry
