JOB SUMMARY
The ME Engineer/Senior Engineer is responsible for improving and maintaining equipment
efficiency which lead to productivity, quality and yield improvement. The working location shall be in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City. KEY DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Equipment installation and adjust, prepared the equipment operation document and training
the operator.
- Equipment maintenance and repair to reduce the failure-rate and improve the excellence rate
continuous.
- Complete all levels of equipment maintenance: daily, monthly, quarterly and annual
maintenance.
- Equipment spare parts replacement and daily management: spare parts list and frequency
record, purchase and inventory management.
- Equipment technician's skill continuous training and improvement and daily work
arrangement; equipment operator's training and assessment.
- Technical improvement of equipment, equipment OEE analysis and improvement and
achievement of production capacity target
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: College, Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation or Equivalent.
* Experience:
- Experienced (3 to 5 years) in lithium-ion battery factory or electronics
experience, with work experience in battery factory is an advantage.
- Able to have maintenance in automation equipment.
* Knowledge:
- Experienced to maintenance and repair about the whole cylindrical cell
line, especially familiar with trouble shooting of mixer, Slot-die coater, calendaring machine, Slitter, automatic tab welding and winding machine.
- Experienced to installation and adjust lithium-ion battery production line is a
plus.
- Understand AutoCAD, solid works or Equivalent.
- Able to use PLC software, electrical and electronics designs, cells
technology.
- Familiar with CPK, FMEA, MSA and 6 sigma applications.
