Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Member will support day-to-day store operations, including assisting customers, handling product inquiries, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
Responsibilities may include stocking shelves, managing inventory, processing transactions at the point of sale, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. The Member will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, follow company policies, and support promotional activities. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Basic retail operations skills, including cash handling, merchandising, and inventory support.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
Willingness to learn, adapt to changing store needs, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Local language proficiency required; English communication skills are a plus.
