📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage MEP design & construction
activities for ongoing projects in HCM.
• Monitor
project progress, quality, HSE
, and ensure compliance with approved designs, standards, and regulations.
• Review
shop drawings, construction methods, and technical submissions
, and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Oversee
testing, commissioning, inspections, and quality documentation
.
• Coordinate with
JV partners, consultants, contractors
, and internal stakeholders.
• Support assessment of
MEP costs, technical risks, and development regulations
for projects.
🔎 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
or equivalent; Electrical Engineering background preferred.
💼
10+ years of MEP experience
, including 5+ years in a similar position.
🏢 Experience in
mid-end/high-end residential, mixed-use, or urban development projects
is preferred.
🔧 Strong knowledge of
Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV
, and building MEP systems.
👔 Strong
multidisciplinary MEP management and project leadership
skills.
🌏
Good command of English
, both spoken and written.
📍 Based in
HCM
, with occasional business trips to Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.
