JOB PURPOSE
The Merchandise Specialist role acts as a buyer for the company and is responsible for screening and pricing all stock that is dropped off at the stores and will require open communication with both staff and supplier.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage category achieve results aligned with team's goals including revenue and profitability.
Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
Select, negotiate, and bring to customer best products and promotions.
Regularly monitor and act to competitor pricing.
Coordinate with the others team as DC, Store, Finance, ACC, MKT, Web to ensure goods, promotion deploying smoothly.
Analyze market trends by category by region and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying and promotion decisions.
Recommend and implement category strategies and tactical plans.
To develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, ensure sustainable strategic cooperation along with the company's development directions.
Be participated in the internal / external training to reinforce knowledge and improve capacity for work / management under career specialization.
To conduct other tasks assigned by Merchandise Director
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 years in Consumer Electric
Outstanding interaction competence & problem-solving capabilities
Negotiation skills
Ability to write emails professionally
Comprehensive in writing and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
Attitude, behavior: open minded and pro-active, personal integrity, customer focus, sharing knowledge
