Work Location: Shilla Bags International - Duc Lap, Tay Ninh (Long An)
(Providing company bus from Ho Chi Minh to Long An about 45 minutes)
• Level: Staff
• Contract Term: Permanent
• Recruitment Reason: Expansion
• Expected joining date: ASAP
• Allowance(s): Medical / Social insurance
Bonus and Incentives:
- 150% salary on holiday and new year
- Annual leave: 14 days/ year. Have 2 Saturdays OFF per month. Working hours: 7.75h /day, Support baby (under 6) allowance.
- Performance review once a year
Job Duties:
• Report to
Sales Manager• Assigned to Sales Department
Main Tasks:
- Communicating with buyers and factories for new orders, techpack, sampling package...
- Liaise with sample room, cad room, warehouse.
- Planning new season sampling and production orders.
- Collecting of garment samples, trims and different types of swatches from the vendors.
- Updating latest comments and update worksheet.
- Follow up material balance sheet (include local and imported material)
- Follow up production and delivery schedule
- Monitoring shipping, marketing samples and send to buyers.
- Send shipping plan to logistics team.
- Handle quality issues for sampling as well as production.
- Booking 3rd Party inspection (if any).
Yêu cầu
Must:
• Language Skills: English Average
• Experienced in related Industry is prefer. Fresher is accepted
• Requires 1 year or more of experience in the garment industry
• Application in English
Other information:
• Degree: College
• Priority for candidates with experience in backpacks and handbags
Location: Shilla Bags Long An, ấp Chánh, Đức Lập Hạ, Đức Hòa, Long An, Vietnam
***There is a shuttle bus for employees from HCM and Binh Duong at the following locations:
1. HCM: To Ngoc Van (District 12), Quang Trung (Go Vap), Trung Chanh (District 12), Hoc Mon, Cu Chi.
2. Binh Duong: Song Than, 550 Intersection, An Phu Roundabout, Ong Cu Temple Intersection, Dai Dang Intersection, Intersection (Pham Ngoc Thach - My Phuoc Tan Van). Provincial Road 8.
