Merchandising Coordinator

Skills:
Possess a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management, product assortment, and other merchandising-related tasks.
Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Able to use spreadsheet software and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
Have deep understanding of the retail operations, inventory management, product assortment planning, and visual merchandising best practices.
Have attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or College degree is also accepted) in merchandising, business administration, marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in merchandise coordination, retail buying, or a similar role.
Understanding of retail industry/FMCG trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in using inventory management software systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
