Merchant Acquiring Business Development Manager

Increase the FE Credit merchant base by exploring different distribution channels like DSA, digital etc. Explore alliances and create partnerships with large e-com merchants / retail chains to increase the foot print of FE Credit in the merchant business.
This will require acquiring and managing a merchant base of 150,000 over a period of next 2-3 years. The incumbent will also be working with IT and external vendors to create a robust merchant platform that shall enable sales, will also drive marketing campaigns and pursue new technologies like digital acquiring.
Monitor the acquiring business volumes and spot the key trends using the analytics driven approach and by regularly scanning the local and global market for emerging trends in cards acquiring.
This has to translate into a business with a transaction volume of VND 2.5 T per year.
Work closely with stake holders like Ops Risks, Card Ops, CS, IT, Legal & compliance
It also involves working with multiple units including BICC on merchant segmentation and creating compelling features for merchant loans. Ongoing interaction with Sales team of more than 500 + resources to understand and drive all the support required to achieve the ambitious growth plans.
Work with Activation and usage teams to work out merchant level offers for FE Credit Customers. Regularly interact with E-commerce websites and other digital vendors to create propositions for digital reward programs for FE Credit Card customers
Generate merchandising revenue through tie up with merchants whereby FEC shall send special MKT message to FE Customers on behalf of customers
