Compensation & Earnings Potential
Earnings Structure:
● Base salary: 8,000,000 VND
● Upfront bonus: 2,000,000 - 4,000,000 VND per account
● 30-50% first-month commission
● 10% residual income (up to 12 months per account)
Expected Monthly Income
● Mid-tier (5 accounts/month): $800 - $1,200
● Top performer (7-10 accounts/month): $1,200 - $1,500+
● Star performer (10+ accounts/month): $1,600 - $2,500+
Performance Expectations
● Minimum: 3 accounts/month
● Expected: 5+ accounts/month
● Top performers: 7-10+ accounts/month
● Must close 5+ accounts in first 3 months to pass probation
● Conversion rate: 15-20%
