We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to lead the promotion and sales of Korea IT Solutions in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services sector, an extensive professional network, and excellent presentation skills. This role will focus on building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through consultative solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Products in Vietnam, with a focus on the financial services industry.
• Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement heads).
• Leverage professional networks to expand client base and generate qualified leads.
• Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches.
• Represent Shinhan DS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Yêu cầu
• 5+ years of sales/
business development experience in the IT or software industry, preferably with financial services clients.
• Strong professional network within banking, insurance, and financial institutions in Vietnam.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (spoken & written).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
