- To actively sell and provide MICE product ensuring that space is utilized to its best advantage and to maximize departmental profit.
- To manage MICE Sales Team under the supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing in order to achieve a target MICE Revenue.
- Identifies market needs and trends
- Assists the Director Of Sales & Marketing/ Director of Food & Beverage with the preparation of the annual operating budget together with the Food & Beverage Manager
- Monitors and analyze the menus and products of the competitors

Yêu cầu
- Over 2 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business administration or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
- Problem-solving, negotiation, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
- Good writing & communication skills
