The Job
Do you have a passion for building enterprise systems? We are looking for Business Analysts with strong analytical skills and banking domain exposure to join our team and help deliver high-impact digital solutions for banking clients.
What You'll Do
- Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, SRS/FRS, and user guidelines
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to support solution design (system workflows, APIs, data models)
- Participate in Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification
- Coordinate and support UAT with business users to ensure solutions meet business needs
- For Senior BA: Lead BA activities in complex banking projects and manage requirement backlog
Your Skills and Experience
Your Skills and Experience
- Mid-level: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects
- Senior level: 5+ years of experience, including involvement in complex or enterprise projects
- Experience in banking or financial systems (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending) is preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, BPMN / UML modeling tools
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements and user stories
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and a proactive mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise B2B systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO
- Good English skills
