• Manage a team of frontend developers, discuss solutions with other engineers and report to PM
• Plays a critical role in the success of a web development project, by delivering high-quality user interfaces that meet user requirements, are scalable, and performant

• Developing user interfaces using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
• Collaborating with UX designers and product managers to understand user requirements and provide design input.
• Leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance, and resolving issues.
• Setting up best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensuring code quality and maintainability, as well as adhering to performance and security standards.
• Staying up-to-date with new frontend technologies and trends.
