Business Development• Manage key accounts strategically with strong business orientation.
• Develop and execute customer plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Update yearly contracts with business terms favorable for the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and directors of key accounts.
2. Product & Market Management
• Oversee product management: forecasting, availability, listing, merchandising, shelf share, and pricing.
• Implement and recommend sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor and analyze competitive market situations.

Sales Team Leadership & Development
• Supervise and lead the Modern Trade sales team in the Southern region.
• Drive sales organization development through recruitment, training/coaching, motivation, and performance control.
• Set objectives, assign sales routes/working calendars to maximize productivity.
• Manage a transparent and standardized incentive structure for the sales team.
4. Distribution Network & Operations Management
• Develop and maintain the distribution network in a timely and professional manner.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for serving key account customers.
• Manage sales administration: credit, delivery coordination, cash collection, commissions, and reporting.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
5. Cost Management & Compliance
• Achieve agreed sales volume targets while controlling expenses.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities, especially through closer collaboration with customers.
• Adhere to the company's accounting and administrative policies and guidelines.
