Overall Responsibilities:
Enterprise resource planning for molding department, include:
Manage material planning activities to ensure adequate supply for molding operations.
Coordinate materials ordering and procurement in accordance with production requirements.
Oversee material receiving and verification to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
Coordinate and process payments in alignment with company procedures.
Develop and manage molding production plans to meet delivery schedules.
Manage jobs and work orders to ensure efficient production flow.
Plan and execute shipping activities to meet customer and internal requirements.
Coordinate finished goods delivery to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Understand the
purchasing processes:
Follow purchasing request procedures in accordance with company policies.
Prepare and manage purchasing orders to ensure accurate and timely procurement.
Coordinate logistics activities to support on-time delivery of materials and products.
Manage and support payment processes to ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.
Stock control for both RM and FG according to inventory target.
Supplier OTD/Customer OTD according to company target.
Understand and assist the production engineers to ensure tooling, product and production time frames are met.
MRP System:
Manage and maintain the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to support production, purchasing, and inventory control activities.
Maintain accurate master data, including bills of materials (BOM), resource/resource group, and procurement parameters.
Acknowledge and respond to e-mails and tasks daily and accurately.
Manage the daily production priorities outlined by the corporate office.
Doing the payment after receiving the red INV.
Carry out other duties from Supply Chain Manager
