Take responsibility to grow East West Beers (EW) Sales & Visibilty at Modern trade channel for both local & international chains. Negotiate & manage mutual commitments in business contract with Supermarket chains
Manage allocate resources to deliver optimal ROI while delivering Sales Growth. Plan and control promotion programs, activities and Cost effectively for total MT channel.
Allocating and managing the yearly, monthly sales target of contracted outlets
Make relationship with Top Level Head Quarter of Customer
Forming and Planning to Structure MT Team to deliver KPIs and well represent EastWest as a professional company, selling high quality Craft beer to Outlets, customers, and end user.
Lead and motivate Team with a can-do spirit and celebrate results toghether. Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales results; team's KPI; Collecting info about competitors activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerne
Recruting, Leading and training the Modern trade sales &
merchandiser team.
Yêu cầu
Preferably having at least 4-5 years MT Sales experience in FMCG company; Experienced dealling with 7Eleven, Circle K, Family mart, Mega MM, Coopmart, AEON, An Nam, ect.
Knowledge of Beers / Softdrink in MT channel is a big plus.
Good in organization, analysis, management, strategic planning and forecast.
Responsible, strong, dynamic & initiative, able to work under high pressure.
Good in communication, Good in English & MS Office
