Mô tả công việc
As a project management expert and a member of the marketing support function, the NPI assistant manager will manage new product introduction projects in terms of timeline and facilitate the activities associated with transferring products from manufacturing to the Vietnam affiliate.
Report to: NPI & Strategic MKT Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support the NPI Manager in collecting and analyzing market data to pick up insightful data to firm up the launch decision.
-Develop product labels that comply with Abbott guidelines and local regulations.
-Monitor and track the launch's performance and recommend improvement areas, if any.
-Collaboration with cross-functional teams at the local and area level, including regulatory affairs, marketing, the research team, supply and demand, etc., during the design phase, participation in design reviews and prototyping activities, and support to accelerate NPI projects
-Own the system for approval for product labels, secondary packaging, and over-labels.
-Assist with daily administrative tasks such as budget management, spending tracking, and creating product codes.
-Support for a variety of assigned strategic projects, including cost optimization, pipeline, communication projects, etc...
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree (preferred Finance, Marketing and Business Administration)
• Preferred 2 to 3 year experience in NPI or marketing, handling related projects
