- Report to: Customer Service Manager
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, and in-store (local & international customers).
- Provide product consultation, resolve complaints, and support order-related issues (returns, refunds, usage guidance).
- Process and manage orders: confirm orders, coordinate delivery, handle cancellations and stock issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
- Maintain and update customer database; analyze data to improve service quality.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements for customer service processes.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
