Mô tả công việc:
Lập kế hoạch và quản trị kênh:
Lập kế hoạch nội dung (theo tuần, tháng và từng chiến dịch) cho các kênh short-form content của công ty: Tiktok, Youtube shorts, reels, đảm bảo phù hợp với định vị thương hiệu và giọng điệu của công ty.
Theo dõi các đầu kênh, nghiên cứu chuyên sâu nội dung video/hình ảnh trên các nền tảng để tìm insights khán giả phục vụ quá trình lên ý tưởng, sáng tạo nội dung
Theo dõi, phân tích các chỉ số tương tác (Views, Followers, Khung giờ vàng,...) của kênh
Cập nhật thường xuyên nội dung, tin tức, xu hướng, trend trên các trang mạng xã hội
Sáng tạo nội dung và trực tiếp sản xuất:
Duy trì lịch sản xuất ổn định, tối thiểu 5 video hàng tuần, bao gồm 2-3 video cho kênh công ty và 3-4 video cho kênh cá nhân của CEO.
Viết kịch bản chi tiết cho các video tiktok. Ứng dụng kỹ năng kể chuyện (Storytelling) sáng tạo video cuốn hút người xem trong 3 giây đầu tiên
Trực tiếp sản xuất, hậu kỳ video, đảm bảo sản phẩm đầu ra đạt chất lượng cao về cả nội dung lẫn hình ảnh
Kết nối các "KOLs/Creators" là nhân sự công ty để đưa các bạn vào các chiến dịch truyền thông, tạo sự gần gũi và chân thực
Có khả năng chỉ đạo diễn xuất cho các diễn viên xuất hiện trên kênh
Job Description
Channel Planning & Management
Develop content plans for the company's short-form contents (weekly, monthly, and campaign-based) in alignment with the brand identity and tone of voice.
Monitor relevant channels and conduct in-depth research on video and visual content across social media platforms to identify audience insights and inspire content ideas.
Track and analyze channel performance metrics, including views, follower growth, engagement trends, optimal posting times, and other key KPIs.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, news, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Content Creation & Production
Maintain a consistent production schedule of at least 5 videos per week: 2-3 pieces of content for the company account and 3-4 pieces of content for the CEO's account.
Write detailed scripts for TikTok videos and apply strong storytelling techniques to capture viewers' attention within the first three seconds.
Take ownership of the entire content production process, including filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring high-quality output in both content and visuals.
Collaborate with internal employees as KOLs/Creators, involving them in communication campaigns to create authentic and relatable content.
Direct and coach on-screen talents to ensure natural and engaging performances in videos.
