JOB DESCRIPTION
Working Location: 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCMC
Report to: Customer Experience Supervisor
What you will do:
Receive and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, such as payment status, transaction history, and account settings adjustments.
Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming payment dates.
Guide new customers through the registration process, and provide instructions on how to use our services effectively.
Identify and troubleshoot technical and payment-related issues, working closely with the technical support and finance teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
Note:
This position will require working on shifts to provide customer support during extended business hours. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring 24/7 support coverage for our customers.
Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
This position will be managed through a staffing vendor, which will handle the HR operations on behalf of our company. The selected candidate will work closely with our internal team, report to the Customer Experience Supervisor, and receive all necessary training and resources to excel in their role.
REQUIREMENTS
What you need to succeed in this role:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program (preferred).
Open for fresher, candidate with proven experience in customer service or support roles in the financial services or e-commerce sector is preferable.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
Customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Personal laptop for work usage.

Salary package:
+ Full-time: 7 - 7h30 hours/day, 6.000.000 - 6.500.000 VND (Gross)/month
+ Part-time: 4 hours/day; 25.000 VND/hour.
