Mô tả công việc
Assess and evaluate students' entry-level proficiency and assign classes accordingly.
Organize class openings as scheduled by the center.
Observe classes and monitor teaching quality. Conduct periodic English proficiency assessments for students through direct communication and feedback in English.
Provide make-up and additional tutoring sessions for students.
Collaborate to support and assist students during their learning process.
Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Open to both full-time and part-time positions.
Yêu cầu
Aged 23-30.
Proficient in all four English skills. Candidates with IELTS 6.5 or equivalent certificates are preferred.
Confident with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Clear speaking voice, no speech impediments.
Flexible problem-solving skills; good appearance is an advantage.
Own a personal laptop and be proficient in office software.

Additional bonuses: 1,000,000 - 5,000,000 VND (for entry-level student testing).
Teaching hours paid separately: 100,000 - 250,000 VND/hour.
Monthly seniority allowance for employees working over 1 year: 700,000 - 1,575,000 VND.
Seniority bonus for employees staying over 2 years: 1,000,000 VND.

Shift 1: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM.
Shift 2:10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
Shift 3: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM.
